All orders will be shipped by certified mail or by parcel post and can be tracked on the internet. When the package has left Germany, the shipping company of your country may give information about the actual status of your order. If your order is not beeing delivered within the expected time frame, we will assign DHL for investigations. When the package is confirmed to be lost, we will either ship it again or you may ask for a refund, if you prefer so. We ask for your understanding, if the DHL investigations take a long time. We do not have any influence on this. Refund or replacement packages can only be given after the package is confirmed to be lost.
