If you are a resident within the EU or Switzerland (SEPA-Zone), you can pay by normal bank transfer or by paypal. If you live in any other country, paypal is the only option at the moment.

After your credit transfer has been completed, your order will be shipped with "Deutsche Post / DHL" within 2 business days. Within the EU orders will usually be delivered within 4 to 10 days. However sometimes it may take longer for various reasons. Packages to countries outside the EU take longer, unsually between 10 days and 4 weeks, depending on the destination country.

All orders will be shipped by Deutsche Post / DHL and can be tracked on the internet. If your order is not beeing delivered within the expected time frame, please ask for the tracking code. If necessary, I will assign DHL for investigations. When the package is confirmed to be lost, I will either ship it again or you may ask for a refund. DHL investigations may take several weeks. I ask for your understanding that a refund or replacement of your order can only be given after the package has been confirmed to be lost by DHL.
